Untersuchung von Paul Crowley

Paul Crowley's Untersuchung hat leider keinen Wert. Nach seinen eigenen Angaben hat er mal schnell den Beispiel-Code auf der Quisci-Home-Page kopiert,compiliert und eine Ausgabe erzeugt. Da er die deutsche Beschreibung nicht gelesen hat, ist ihm nicht aufgefallen, dass die Beispiel-Initialisierung des Schlüsselfelds nichts mit dem eigentlichen Verfahren zu tun hat. Wenn man aber diese Initialisierung geschickt programmiert kann der P-Zufallsgenerator sich auch vernünftig einschwingen.

As far as I know I am the only serious cryptanalyst to look at this cipher, and as far as I know it has very serious flaws and no reason to list it. Obviously I can't take part in a discussion in German on the security of the cipher; it is up to German Wikipedians whether they want to list this, but if you don't think my angle on this will be useful you should seek advice from another expert.
