All of them were also once part of the german national volleyball team.

Youth teams

The youth teams are called "SCC Juniors" and are headed by Stefan Meingast. They consist of twelve youth teams with players from seven up to under twenty years. Every team plays in the highest division. The team with the oldest players doesn't participate in the regular league operations and only plays championship tournaments and participates in the adult league system.

In course of the German reunification the SC Charlottenburg received the responsibility for the GDR Youth-Centre in Berlin-Marzahn. In this manner the continuance of the Youth-Centre could be guaranteed and the support of infants and adolescents could be continued. From the beginning the goal was to integrate the best youth players in the Bundesliga-team. From the SCC Juniors arose for example players like Björn Andrae, Norbert Walter, Manuel Rieke, Marcus Böhme, Denis Kaliberda and Sebastian Kühner. Three of the 13 players in the squad of the season 2013/14 are from the own youth teams.

For their youth development work the SCC has been honoured in 1997 and 2005 by the German Olympic Committee. The coaches are Andreas Nestke, Frank Bachmann, Franko Hölzig (Coach of the selection team of Berlin), Gil Ferrer Cutiño (Coach of the national base at VC Olympia Berlin) and have references to the "Volleyball-Bundesliga". The U19 team became German champion in 1995, 1997, 2000 and 2004. The U17 team won in 1995, 1997, 1998, 2004, 2007 and 2009 the German championship.
