Greetings German Wikipedians,

First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for not speaking Deutsch. I prefer to leave a message here in English rather than leaving the page blank. Hopefully I will pick some (simple) words up as a result of visiting more articles on the German Wikipedia. My initial interest in visiting articles here is that many UK-based musicians of the 60s and 70s were better received in Germany than in the UK and have articles in German but not in English! So one of my tasks will be to make links between the two.
