Alexander Keese

Alexander Keese (* 17. August 1977) ist ein deutscher Historiker und Afrikawissenschaftler.

Leben

Keese studierte von 1997 bis 2001 neuere und neueste Geschichte, alte Geschichte und Politikwissenschaft in Freiburg im Breisgau, Paris und Aix-en-Provence. Nach der Promotion zum Dr. phil. an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg 2004 bei Wolfgang Reinhard und Habilitation in Bern 2010 wurde er 2019 Professor in Genf.
