Das Baseballturnier der Asienspiele 2006 fand vom 29. November bis zum 7. Dezember statt. Es wurde als reines Rundenturnier ohne K.-o.-Phase ausgetragen. Die Spiele fanden alle im Al-Rayyan Sports Club statt[1], es nahmen 6 Nationen teil.
