PTC stands for Psycho Terror Chess.
This rather unusual chess style was first developed by Christian Werschlan in mid May 2020 during the Corono Lock Down. The Aim of this advanced playstyle is to force the adversary into surrender by using higly sophisticated means of psychological measures.
