Die Echten Pfeiffrösche (Leptodactylus) sind eine Gattung der Froschlurche in der Familie der Pfeiffrösche. Sie kommen vom südlichen Nordamerika über Mittelamerika und die Westindischen Inseln bis nach Südamerika vor.
