Sven-Manfred Maxilom Skrzypek (born April 04, 1991 in Cebu City, Philippines), known by his stage name "Swizzy Max" or "Swizzy Maxilom", is a independent Filipino/German Urban based recording-artist, songwriter and videographer.

The Filipino/German mixed artist has various influences e.g. R&B, Raggaeton, Dancehall, Afro-beat, Rap & Pop etc.Using these influences, Swizzy developed & manifested his own vocal/recording style.
Swizzy Max was born and raised in Cebu City and lived in a small town called Tuburan, which is a three to four hour car drive away from the actual city. Together with his two siblings, he grew up speaking three languages (English, Visaya/Cebuano & German), thanks to the influence of his parents.
At the age of nine, around 2001, Swizzy moved to Kiel, Germany and connected with locals. He continued to create international music from there. With a dream to lift up his birth place, Swizzy Max continued to represent the Filipinx culture and stayed in touch with his childhood friends & family.
His screen name "Swizzy Max" is also inspired by his families last name "Maxilom" of his mothers side. Now, the proud "Bisdak-Pinoy" is re-connecting to his homeland through various international & Filipinx collaborations.
