Elisabeth Stadler (born December 1, 1961 in Langenlois, Lower Austria) is an Austrian Manager.
Life
Elisabeth Stadler was born on 1 December 1961 in Langenlois, Lower Austria. From 1980 to 1983 she studied actuarial mathematics at the Vienna University of Technology and graduated with the title "academically certified actuary". After completing her studies, she joined the former federal state insurance until she was elected to the Executive Board of UNIQA Personenversicherung AG and Call Direct Versicherung AG in December 2003. In January 2005, she became a member of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Versicherung AG and FinanceLife Lebensversicherung AG and carried out these activities in parallel with the existing Executive Board positions. In November 2009, Elisabeth Stadler left the UNIQA Group and Raiffeisen Versicherung and became the CEO of ERGO Austria International AG. She remained in this position until 31 August 2014, before subsequently becoming Director General of Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group.
As of January 1, 2016, Elisabeth Stadler became the CEO of the Vienna Insurance Group. She was appointed as CEO by the supervisory board until June 30, 2023.
In addition, Elisabeth Stadler is a member of the International Actuarial Association, President of the Association for Insurance Expertise, Vice-President of the Austrian Red Cross and Delegate to the Economic Parliament of the Vienna Economic Chamber.
