- This is the part of a series of community consultation pages. The WMF Community Advocacy team has put together a list at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/2016_Strategy/Translations. We're hoping to launch the consultation on January 18th. Realizing getting all translations in place before the launch of the consultation may not be possible (and that people will likely help with translations after the launch), I'd be really grateful for any assistance especially that you can give in translating the templates at that Meta page link, like this one. It'll probably be harder for casual translators to help out with those!

- Text should be stable at this point. I've just made what I hope will be the last modification to those pages!

Einladung zur 15-Jahresfeier der Wikipedia

als am 15. Jänner 2001 die Wikipedia und am 16. März 2001 die deutschsprachige Wikipedia das Licht der Welt erblickte, konnte keiner erahnen, welchen gewaltigen Erfolg dieses Projekt zur Förderung Freien Wissens durch die Vielzahl an freiwilligen Unterstützern und Helfern erringen sollte. So gibt es nun nach 15 Jahren wohl kaum Anlass zur Nostalgie aber viele gute Gründe zu feiern.

Entsprechend laden wir Dich am 15. Jänner 2016 herzlich sowohl zum Tag der offenen Wikipedia-Tür (ab 12h) als auch zum Wiener-Jänner-Jubiläumsstammtisch (ab 18 h) ein:
