Please change the use of inlinetags span to blocktags div for creating „The CEE Newsletter“-global-message-delivery. All these masseges produce linterrors and fill the priority one (html5 misnesting) here without need. Look for example on this user talkpageinfo it includes 12

• <span class="plainlinks"> block of links </span> all created by global-messages (CEE Newsletters).

All these errors have to be fixed on this wikiprojekt by other users and this should be avoidable. Please fix it in all pages (linterrors CEE messages) and use for further messages
