Please, add the following check for ru-wiki pages (or, en-wiki and other projects may be interested as well):
- priority: high
- Description: incorrect URL in URL-only parameter
- Check: check that URI can be constructed from parameter "url" of "cite web" template. Skip check if parameter is complex (i.e. contains subtemplates)
- Common mistakes: non-trailing space in URL (including even host name)
- Same check can be added for parameter "ссылка" of "статья" and "книга" templates. -- Vlsergey (Diskussion) 16:52, 15. Jul. 2013 (CEST)
- Hi, I can add something like that in WPCleaner (but WPC doesn't generate list of pages containing errors as CW is doing). Just a few questions:
- Can you give me examples (existing articles) of problems ?
- How can we tell what parameters of what templates should be url ?
