Wat Khu

History

   [1]Wat Khu in Pak Kret district of Nonthaburi province in Thailand. Wat Ku is an ancient temple built in 1972 of the Thon Buri . The temple was built by Phaya Jàyng. The head of the Mon families immigrated from Mon to Koh Kret, Nonthaburi. Now, Wat Khu is a Buddhist temple located in Pak Kret district of Nonthaburi province in Thailand . There is a statue of the Reclining Buddha located in the open-space of the temple. The temple is related to the queen Sunanta Kumari . She was the Queen of King Chulalongkorn in Rama5 . Wat Khu temple is a monument to memorize the Queen from shipwreck.

Architectural History

  Establishment of a Mon village from Myanmar lost the war. To bring the laboratory to the laboratory and craftsmen. The architecture is stored in the mon style rang of King Taksin.[1]

   Wat Khu has a reclining buddha that is 37 meters long and 4 meters wide reclining buddha which was built about hundreds of years ago.
  • 3) Court of Queen Sunanta Kumari
   Court of Queen Sunanta Kumari is located in Wat Khu temple. There are two courts at the riverside. People often come to worship and remember the Queen Sunanta Martin Kumari.

   Wat Khu has a reclining Buddha that is 37 meters long and 4 meters wide that reclining Buddha.
