"Brocciu (sprich "Brotschu")" : are you sure that it's pronounced that way in Corsican, not standard Italian (/'brot-tschu/)? Corsican is well known for being a typical Italian dialect when written, but having a very special pronunciation! May someone help?
- Well I think you're right. I've been twice in Corsica and I was always sure, they call it "brot-tsch" :o)
