Aug. 2010 (CEST)

Enschuldigung

I don't speak German, but could maybe someone update the text to add that there has been a third EAW against Christoforakos, and that the trial of those involved in the scandal begins on Feb. 24, 2017, in Athens? (nicht signierter Beitrag von 83.55.147.81 (Diskussion) 13:56, 9. Feb. 2017 (CET))

I think,it is not necessary to add anything, because the text is already containing this Information:Die Staatsanwaltschaft in Athen hat drei Europäische Haftbefehle gegen Christoforakos erwirkt = "The prosecutor's office in Athens has won three European arrest warrants against Christoforakos". -The start of the trial against other parties seems to be irrelevant, as Christoforakos has not been extradited and therefore is not subject of the trial.--Albtalkourtaki (Diskussion) 15:51, 9. Albtalkourtaki your argumentation doesn't hold legally. There is no need at all to be present in a trial in order to be "subject of a trial" .
