Bitte, I hope you don't mind terribly my posting in English language here. It's great you've created this article based on new article that I and contributor created recently in the English wikipedia. Shouldn't you add some template here that acknowledges this is a translation, though? For articles in English wikipedia that are translated from other languages, I understand that such template is added. For example, {{Translated page|fr|Obélisque d'Arles|Adapted from French Wikipedia as of 17 March 2009|}} which appears at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Ob%C3%A9lisque_d%27Arles .

Please forgive me if i have misunderstood. Danker schon (sp?) Doncram 01:04, 21. Mai 2009 (CEST)

Yes and no. In the German WP we use extensively the import feature, see WP:IMP (English: en:Help:Import), as I did, see the article history, you and the other users from the English version are included here. The template Vorlage:Übersetzung (en:Template:Translated page) is used mostly, when the article has more than 1000 versions mainly or if users translated parts of the article.
