Ira William Zartman (* 1932) ist ein US-amerikanischer Konfliktforscher und emeritierter Professor der Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) der Johns Hopkins University. Er hat den Jacob Blaustein Chair in International Organizations and Conflict Resolution.
