Sandra Harding

Sandra Harding (* 29. März 1935) ist eine US-amerikanische Philosophin und feministische Wissenschaftskritikerin. Sie entwickelte Ansätze zur feministischen Wissenschaftstheorie und feministischen Erkenntnistheorie.

Harding wurde an der New York University in Philosophie promoviert. Sie war von 1986 bis 1996 Professorin an der University of Delaware. Seitdem ist sie Professor Social Sciences and Comparative Education am UCLA Center for the Study of Women der University of California, Los Angeles. 2013 erhielt sie den John Desmond Bernal Prize der Society for Social Studies of Science.
